We've totally redesigned the projects area of Cashboard, allowing you to manage your work easier than ever before. Our new Project Bulletin Board enables you to organize your tasks into lists, is fully keyboard driven for productivity, and works in realtime!

Client Account Managers

Cashboard is still a great tool for solo freelancers and small teams to manage their business, but this update is for the larger organizations and agencies. With this new feature, you can give your employees "Client Account Manager Access", which enables them to raise invoices, projects, and estimates for specific clients - without seeing the financial picture of your entire firm.

Cashboard customers that have accountants, rejoice! We've officially launched our QuickBooks integration feature.

Cashboard API out of 'Beta' phase

A handfull of our customers have been using our API to sync data with outside services for awhile, so we figured it was well time to take off the "beta" tag from the API.

Archive clients and employees

This update allows you to archive contacts, so they don't appear in your interface and clutter your workflow.

Email alerts for long running timers

Cashboard will now email you if you've left a timer running on the server a bit too long. Check out the rest of this article if you'd like to see a sample email that you'll get when that happens.

New PayPal Integrations

Cashboard has officially become a PayPal Certified Partner - enabling you to get paid with Website Payments Pro, and deeply integrating with IPN. This means your PayPal transactions will now automatically appear in your Cashboard account as payments, and more...
