Cashboard Terms of Service

Before you register with Cashboard, you must read and agree to this Terms of Service ("TOS"). By using Cashboard (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the TOS and you agree that it is enforceable as if it were a written negotiated agreement signed by Casa Curren LLC. ("Casa Curren") and you.

Casa Curren may, in its sole discretion, modify or revise the TOS at any time without notice to you, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service shall be subject to the TOS. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Description of Service

  1. Cashboard is a web-based estimate, invoice, and time tracking application provided by Casa Curren.
  2. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
  3. You understand that the Service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis.
  4. You understand that due to the nature of the Internet that service could be interrupted at any time.

General Terms

  1. Accounts must belong to humans. Bots, programs, or scripts may not register or operate the Service
  2. Account logins must belong to only one person. Sharing logins is not permitted.
  3. Account information must be kept up to date. This information includes but is not limited to:
    1. Email address
    2. Address
    3. ...and any other information that the Service requires for registration.
  4. You are responsible for keeping your Service login information secure.
    Casa Curren will not be held responsible for security lapses by you or others.
  5. The Service may not be used to generate any form of SPAM or unsolicited contact.
  6. Casa Curren does not warrant that the Service will...
    1. Meet your requirements
    2. Be available at all times
    3. Be error or bug free
  7. Casa Curren does not warrant that the data provided will be accurate or reliable.
  8. You understand and will not hold Casa Curren liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
  9. The failure of Casa Curren to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Casa Curren and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and Casa Curren (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Copyright Terms

  1. All user interface design is copyright © Casa Curren 2006-2023.
    You may not emulate, copy, or duplicate any portion of the visual design elements or downloadable web files (HTML, CSS, JS, and anything else generated by the Service).
  2. You own all your account data.
    You may download this data at any time from inside the Service, using the XML export feature.

Account Pricing Terms

  1. Casa Curren may modify the Service account prices at any time with or without notice.
  2. Notice will be provided on the Cashboard site (http://www.getcashboard.com) or in the Service itself.

Payment Terms

  1. Accounts are billed in 30 or 365 day cycles. You pre-pay for the privilege to use the Service.
  2. All Paying accounts must have a valid Credit Card on file.
  3. If payment fails, the Customer's account will be disabled.
  4. Upgrading from our Free account will require a valid credit card.
    You will be billed immediately upon upgrading from a free account.

Upgrade and Downgrade Terms

  1. You may upgrade or downgrade your account at any time.
  2. After an upgrade or downgrade, account billing price is put into effect at the next billing date.

Cancellation and Refund Terms

  1. You may cancel your account at any time.
  2. If you cancel your account before the billing cycle you will not be charged anything.
  3. When you cancel your account all of your Service data will be deleted immediately. It can not be recovered.
  4. Cancellation of the Service must happen from within the Service itself. Casa Curren will not cancel any accounts via telephone, email, or written requests.
  5. No refunds will be given for partial months paid.
    No refunds will be given when downgrading to a lower-priced account plan.
    If you cancel before your next billing date you will not be charged for that month.
  6. Casa Curren may cancel your account at any time for any reason.
    Reasons include but are not limited to violation of these terms.
